Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. If an order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed on the next business day. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your order’s progress.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

To initiate a return, contact us with your order details and the reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.

Certain items, such as sale products, gift cards, and personal-use items like earrings, are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
